Haybaby Burgers started crafting big old burgers in our signature Eugene food truck outside of ColdFire Brewing back in June 2015. In November of 2018, we opened our brick-and-mortar restaurant space at 541 Blair Blvd, in Eugene’s fresh and funky Whiteaker neighborhood.
We serve thick, hand-formed, half-pound patties of grass-fed beef with simple, straightforward ingredients paired in classic combinations that let the flavors do the talking. This is a burger like your Auntie might have made, taken to the next level. At Haybaby, you’ll experience balance, high quality, and attention to detail that nourishes and satisfies.
Our ingredients are all locally sourced: All of Haybaby’s beef and bacon comes from the Bright Oak Meats butchery in downtown Springfield; the beef is all local, grass-fed and grain-finished for the last 30 days, and raised free of growth hormones and antibiotics. Beef is ground fresh daily, never frozen, and hand-formed into patties at the restaurant. All cheeses come from Oregon’s Tillamook and Rogue creameries, and the bread comes from the ovens at Reality Kitchen Bakery & Cafe of Eugene.
While we specialize in burgers, there are plenty of other menu options, from chili, to grilled cheese and tomato soup, to hearty salads for herbivores. Check out our house-made potato salad and crinkle-cut fries tossed in homemade barbecue rub. Our focus is to provide a high-quality, tasty meal at a good value. Come as you are, the kitchen’s open!
